RESOLUTION NO. 273
Series of 1974
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to return
invested funds to the City General Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City
Treasurer be authorized to withdraw up to $19,000.00
(Nineteen Thousand and no/lOO Dollars) of invested funds
from Western Federal Savings & Loan and return said funds
to the City General Fund.
DONE AND RESOLVED this 14th day of February,
A.D., 1974 by a vote of 6 to 0
