RESOLUTION NO. 288
Series of 1974
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge by Resolution No. 59
adopted a Comprehensive Plan and subsequently, the City adopted
Zoning Ordinance No. 98 (including an official zoning map),
Subdivision Regulations, a Land Use Plan, and a Major Thoroughfare
Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT CLARIFIED AND RESOLVED that the
above named documents as adopted and amended comprise, and have
comprised as of the date of adoption or other action, the
Comprehensive Plan of the City of Wheat Ridge.
DONE AND RESOLVED this 7th day of
