W~EREAS, it is deemed necessary to reinvest funds of
the Revenue Sharing Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Treasurer
be a~thorized to purchase a $100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand
and No/100 Dollars) Certificate of Deposit at Wheat Ridge
National Bank to bear interest at the rate of eight and one-~uarter
percent (8 114%) per annum for a period of sixty (60) days.
DONE AND RESOLVED this 28th day of March, A. D., 1974,
by a vote of 5 to 0
