riESOLUTION NO. 303
Series of 1974
WHEREAS, Federal Funds dre being made available to
construct a new bridge over Clear Creek on 44th Avenue at a
total estimated cost of $461,500.00 and
WHEREAS, the City will be required to participate in
the amount of twenty-seven percent (27%) of the total cost, and
WHEREAS, the 1974 Annual Budget provides for expenditures
for channelization and improvement of West 44th Avenue from Account
No. 431.3, Construction/Rehabilit8tion, and it is in the City's
best interests to utilize those funds as the City's share in the
cost of constructing this bridge, and
WHEREAS, the sum of $4,000.00 must be appropriated for
the purpose of securing construction easements to facilitate the
construction of this bridge;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that budget account
numbered 43'.31 Construction Easements be established and appropriations
be adjusted 25 follows:
