RESOLUTION NO. 307

WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge is desirous of
completing certain improvements to Harlan Street, and
WHEREAS, certain portions of Harlan Street are
located in Wheat Ridge and other portions are located in
Jefferson County, and
WHEREAS, Jefferson County has offered to accom-
plish the necessary improvements at a cost to Wheat Ridge
of $5,090, and
WHEREAS, funds are available for this project in
the Revenue Sharing Fund Account 731, Transportationj
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of
Wheat Ridge participate with Jefferson County to improve
Harlan Street and that the City Treasurer be authorized to
pay $5,090 to Jefferson Countv as the City's proportionate
share from Revenue Sharing Account 731.
DONE AND RESOLVED this 9th
