RESOLUTION NO. 311

WHEREAS. it is deemed necessary to reinvest funds of
the Revenue Sharing Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Treasurer
be authorized to purchase a $1QO,000,OO (One Hundred Thousand
and no/100 Dollars) Certificate of Deposit at Jefferson Bank
and Trust to bear interest at the rate of ten and three-quarters
(10 3/4) percent per annum for a period of sixty (60) days.
