RESOLUTION NO. 315
Series of 1974
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to reinvest funds of
the City General Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Treasurer
be authorized to purchase a $100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand and
No/100 Dollars) Certificate of Deposit at Wheat Ridge National Bank
to bear interest at the rate of ten and three-quarters percent
(10 3/4%) per annum for a period of ninety (90) days.
DONE AND RESOLVED this 27th day of June, A. D., 1974,
