RESOLUTION NO. 325
Series of 1974
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to reinvest funds of
the Revenue Sharing Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Treasurer
be authorized to purchase a $100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand
and No/100 Dollars) Certificate of Deposit at Wheat Ridge National
Bank to bear interest at the rate of 10 1/2 (ten and one-half)
percent per annum for a period of thirty (30) days.
DONE AND RESOLVED this 25th day of July, A. D., 1974,
by a vote of 6 to 0
