RESOLUTION NO. 347
Series of 1974
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to return invested funds
to the City General Fund;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Treasurer
be authorized to transfer $100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand and
no/100 Dollars) from a matured Certificate of Deposit to the City
[;eneral Fund.
DONE AND RESOLVED this 24th day of October, A. D., 1974,
