RESOLUTION NO. 359
Series of 1974
TITLE: A RESOLUTION REQUESTING TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FROM THE STATE
OF COLORADO REQUIRED TO IDENTIFY AND DESIGNATE MATTERS OF STATE
INTEREST PURSUANT TO HOUSE BILL 1041 IN THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE,
COLORADO.
WHEREAS, Colorado Revised Statute 105-7-403, 1953, as
amended, (H. B. 1041) provides that a state agency shall provide
technical assistance to local governments in order to assist local
governments in identification and designation of matters of state
interest and in adoption of guidelines for administration thereof; and
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge is desirous of obtaining
technological data necessary for identification and designation of
matters of state interest and in adopting guidelines for the admini-
stration thereof all in pursuance of the goals of H. B, 1041; and
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge is in need of technological
date from the below named agencies on or before October 1, 1975, in
order to accomplish such goals:

Rapid or Mass Transit Term.
Public Utilities
Wildfire Areas
Division of Highways
State Historical Society
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Wheat Ridge
hereby formally requests the Board of County Commissioners of Jefferson
County, Colorado, torequest technical assistance from the above stated
agencies on the City's behalf, and at no cost to the City.
