retIrement plan for all eligible employees of tile City
of Wheat RiJge.
Wllb{EAS, tite City of Wheat Ridge, Colorado,
does not have a retirement plan for its employees, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wheat
RIdge finds tnat tne preparation of a retirement plan for
all eligible employees, of the City of Wheat "i..lbe, is
necessary for the immediate preservatIon of the publIC
nealth, safety and welfare.
~OW, THEREFORE, B~ If RbSULVE0 BY THE CITY
Cou~CIL OF WHEAT RIJGE, COLORADO:
1. That the City Adlninistrator is JIrecteJ. to
procure several retIrement plan prototypes.
2. That the Council will reVIew saId retire-
ment plan prototYt-'es upon submission by tile City AJnllnis-
trator.
3. That the expenditure of fu~Js for tne pre-
paration of tne retirement plan for all eligible employees
of the City of Wheat Ridge shall come from Account No.
416.32.
