WHEREAS, there is ill effect an annual General Fund appropri-
ation resolution for 1975; and
..
WHEREAS, unforseen needs have arisen which require changes to
be made in those appropriations; and
WHEREAS, Chapter 31, Article 15, Section 102 and 301 grants unto
Statutory Cities the care, control and improvement of streets and public
highways and
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge desires to improve and control
public highways within its jurisdiction by cooperation with the State
of Colorado under Urban System Project M 7833 (2)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following appropriation
accounts be amended as shown below:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that these changes luill not change the general
fund appropriation as filed with the Division of Local Government.
DONE AND RESOLVED this 29th day of March, A.D. 1975, by a vote
of 4 to 1
