RESOLUTION NO. 395
Series of 1975
A RESOLUTION REQUESTING APPROVAL OF A FLOOD PLAIN MAP BY THE
COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION BOARD:
WHEREAS, The Urban Drainage District has initiated new
engineering studies pertaining to drainage areas existing within
Wheat Ridge known as Lena Gulch and Clear Creek; and
WHEREAS, a true copy of said engineering studies of flood
plain designation within Wheat Ridge have been delivered to the
City Engineer and approved by him; and
WHEREAS, said documents designating the flood plain
boundaries shall upon approval by the City Council of the City of
Wheat Ridge be the official basis for land use and drainage con-
trol within the City of Wheat Ridge.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
the aforesaid flood plain map document be transmitted by the City
Clerk to the Colorado Water Conservation Board for approval.
