RESOLUTION NO. 398

WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to invest funds from
the City General Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Treasurer
be authorized to invest funds of the City General Fund as
follows:
$39,000.00 to Empire Savings Building & Loan
Association
$39,000.00 to Capitol Federal Savings
$39,000.00 to First Federal Savings & Loan Association
of Denver
The total invested funds in each of the above accounts shall
not exceed $40,000.00.
DONE AND RESOLVED this loth
