WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to return
invested funds to the City General Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City
Treasurer be authorized to transfer invested funds from
savings and loan accounts to the General Fund as follows:

First Federal Savings
$39,000.00
