RESOLUTION NO. 415
Series of 1975
WHEREAS, it is determined necessary that
real property located within the City of Wheat Ridge,
more specifically that property currently owned by
Majestic Development Corp., a Colorado corporation,
be acquired for park purposes, and
WHEREAS, acquisition of private land will be
required, and
WHEREAS, the legal description of said pro-
perty IS:
Lot 26, Woodbine Subdivision
County of Jefferson, State of Colorado
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor
of the City of Wheat Ridge, and the City Attorney, are
hereby authorized to have appraised, any property re-
quired to be acquired, negotiate for the purchase thereof,
and to appropriate by right of eminent domain such pro-
perty as cannot otherwise be obtained.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this
