RESOLUTION NO. 417
Series of 1975
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to return
invested funds to the City General Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the
City Treasurer be authorized to transfer invested funds
from a matured Certicate of Deposit to the General Fund.
