Series of 1975
WHEREAS, it is determined necessary that real property located
within the City of Wheat Ridge, more specifically that property
currently owned by the Hart Estate, be acquired for perk purposes, and
WHEREAS, acquisition of private land will be required, and
WHEREAS, the description of said property is:
West 27 Avenue and Benton Street
County of Jefferson, State of Colorado
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor of the L:i ty
of Wheat Ridge, and the City Attorney, are hereby authorized to have
appraised, any property required to be acquired, negotiate for the
purchase thereof, and to appropriate by right of eminent domain
such prop:rty as cannot otherwise be obtained.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 20th day of DctobQr
