RESOLUTION NO. 439
Series of 1976
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to return
invested funds to the Parkland Acquisition Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City
Treasurer be authorized to transfer invested funds from
matured U.S. Treasury Bills to the Parkland Acquisition
Fund checking account.
DONE AND RESOLVED this
