WHE~EAS, the below described real property was conveyed by
Herman S. Hall pnd Lottie Dormer Hall to the County of ~efferson,
State of Colorado, a body politic and
WHEREAS, said Deed is recorded at Book
1015 , Page
395
records of Jefferson County, rolorado, and
WHEREAS, said property was intended to be used for public road
purposes, and
WHEREAS, said property is now used for public road purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Council of the City
of Wheat Ridge, Colorado, doeg hereby accept the following degcribed
real property for public road pllrposes:
Beginning at the intersection of the East line of
Lot 1 Nicholas Gardens with the Southerly Right
of ~ay line of the Colorado and Southern Rail-
road; thence South along said East line of Lot 1
41.73 feet to a point; thence Southwesterly parallel
to said Southerly Right of Way line of the Colorado
and Southern Railroad to a point on the South Line of
said Lot 1 said point heing 7.18 feet East of the South-
west corner of said Lot 1; thence continuing parallel to
said Right OF Way line 7.49 feet to a point on the West
line of Lot 3 Nicholas Gardens; thence North along said
West line of Lot 3 and the West line of said Lot 1, 41.73
feet to a point on the Southerly Right of Way line of said
Colorado and Southern Railroad; thence Northeasterly along
said Right of Way line to point of beginning;
County of Jefferson, State of Colorado
