RESOLUTION NO. 452
Series of 1975
WHEREAS, the below described real property was conveyed by
Thurlow E. Ericsson and Ruth Dormer Ericsson to the County
of Jefferson, State of Colorado, a body politic and
WHEREAS, said D8ed is recorded at Book 1015

records of Jefferson County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, said property was intended to be used for public road
purposes, and
WHEREAS, said property is now used for public road purposes.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Council of the City
of Wheat Ridge, Colo~ado, doeE hereby accept the following
des8ribed real property for public road purposes:
A tract of land 40 feet in width abutting on and
nsrallel with the south8rly right of way line of
the Colorado and Southern Railroad lying within the
boundaries of Lot 2, Nicholas Gardens, Jefferson
County, Colorado.
