WHEREAS,the below described real property was conveyed by
Herman S. Hell and Lottie Dormer Hall to the County of
Jefferson, State of Colorado, a body politic and
WHEREAS, said Deed is recorded at Book
1041 ,Page 522
records of Jeffersnn County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, said property was intended to be used for public
road purposes, and
WHEREAS, said prop8rty is now used for public rORd purposes.
NOW, THeREFORE, be it resolved that the City Council of the
City of Wheat Ridge, Colorado, does hereby accept the following
described real property for public road purposes:
The East lO feet of that portion of plot 1 Nicholas
Gardens lying south of the ColorAdo and Southern
Rsilrosd Right of Way line and the East lO feet of
plot 3 Nicholas Gardens, Jefferson County, Colorado
