WHEREAS, the below described real property was conveyed by
Ralph C. Apple and Ethyl M. Apple to the County of Jefferson,
State of Colorado, a body politic and
WHEREAS, said Deed is recorded at Book
1059 ,Page 360
records of Jefferson County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, said property was intended to be used for public road
purposes, and
WHEREAS, said property is now used for public rOAd purposes.
NOlll, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Ci tv Counci 1 of the
City of Wheat Ridge, Colorado, does hereby accept the following
described real property for public road purposes:
The West 10 feet of the South 137.89 of Plot 2
Nicholas Gardens, Jefferson County, Colorado.
