WHEREAS, Buel Albert Dunn
applied to the City of Wheat Ridge, Colorado, For issuance of a
Class D retail liquor store license, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing ~6S held an said application, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of Wheat Ridge, Colorado, has
approved the issuance of 8 Class D retail liquor store license
far the premises commonly known as Bunny's Battle Liquor Stare
Wheat Ridge, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, said approval was made by the City Council of the
City of Wheat Ridge, ColoradD, on the 15h day of May
19 75 , and
WHEREAS, the applicant, Buel Albert Dunn
has failed to complete the necessary statutory requirements prior to
issuance of the applied for Class D retail liquor stare license,
and
WHEREAS, a period of mare than one year has elapsed sinCE the
application was approved by the City Council of the City of Wheat
Ridge, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, applicant, Buel Albert Dunn
has failed, without goad cause, to commence construction of the
facility as was proposed by applicant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to Chapter 12,
Article 46, Section 106(b) C.R.S. of 1973, as amended, the City
Council of the City of Wheat Ridge, Colorado, acting as the local
licensing agency, does hereby revoke the approval of the Class
