WHEREAS, Denver Pizza Inc.
applied to the City of Wheat Ridge, Colorado, for issuance of a
Class J2 3.2% malt beveraqe license, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on said application, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of Wheat Ridge, Colorado, has
approved the issuance of a Class J2 3.2% malt beveraoe license
for the premises commonly known as Pizza Hut
Wheat Ridge, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, said approval was made by the City Council of the
City of Wheat Ridge, Colorado, on the 8th day of Mav _,
19 75 , and
WHEREAS, the applicant, Denver Pizza Inc.
has failed to complete the necessary statutory requirements prior to
issuance of tile applied for Class J2 3.2% malt beverage license,
and
WHEREAS, a period of more than one year has elapsed since the
application was approved by the City Council of the City of Wheat
Ridge, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, applicant, Denver Pizza Inc.
has failed, without good cause, to commence construction of the
facility as was proposed by applicant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant ~o Chapter 12,
Article 46, Section 106(b) C.R.S. of 1973, as amended, the City
Council of the City of Wheat Ridge, Colorado, acting as the local
licensing agency, does hereby revoke the approval of the Class
J2 3.2% malt beverage license as applied far by

(Address)
