WHEREAS, The Ambas6ador Seventy Development Carp.
applied to the City of Wheat Ridge, Color9do, for issuance of a
Class G 3-way hotel & restaurant liquor license, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on said application, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of Wheat Ridge, Colorado, has
approved the iS3ua~ce of a Class G 3-way hotel & rest. liquor license
for the premises commonly known as Tenstar Motor Hotel
Wheat Ridge, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, said approval was made by the City Council of the
City of Wheat Ridge, Colo~ada, on the 19th day of July
19~, and
WHEREAS, the applicant, The Ambassador Seventy Development Corp.
has failed to complete the necessary statutory requirements prior to
issuance of the applied for Class G 3-way hotel & rest. liquor license,
and
WHEREAS, a period of more than one year has elapsed since the
application was approved by the City Council of the City of Wheat
Ridge, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, applicant, The Ambassador Seventy Development Corp.
has failed, without good cause, to commence construction of the
facility as was proposed by applic3nt.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that pu~suant to Chapter 12,
Article 46, Section 106(b) C.R.S. of 1973, as amended, the City
Council of the City of Wheat Ridge, Colorado, acting as the local
licensing agency, does hereby revoke the approval of the Class
G 3-way hotel & rest. liquor licenae as applied for bV The Ambassador
Seventv Develooment CorD. and concerning 12150 West 44 Avenue.
