RESOLUTION NO. 464
Series of 1976
WHEREAS, Annbole Inn Inc.
applied to the City of Wheat Ridge, Colorado, for issuance of a
Class G 3-way hotel and restaurant liquor license, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on said application, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of Wheat Ridge, Colorado, has
approved the issuance of a Class G 3-way hotel & Rest. liquor license
for the premises commonly known as Annbole Inn Inc.
Wheat Ridge, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, said approval was made by the City Council of the
City of Wheat Ridge, Colorado, on the 17t.h day of Ar~i1
19.12.-, and
WHEREAS, the applicant,
ANNBOLE INN, INC.
has failed to complete the necessary statutory requirements prior to
issuance of the applied for Class G 3-wav hotel & rest. liouor license,
and
WHEREAS, a period of more than one year has elapsed sin=e the
application was approved by the City Council of the City of Wheat
Ridge, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, applicant, Annbole Inn Inc.
has failed, without good cause, to commence construction of the
facility as was proposed by applicant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to Chapter 12,
Article 46, Section 106(b) C.R.S. of 1973, as amended, the City
Council of ths City of Wheat Ridge, Colorado, acting as the local
licensing agency, does hereby re~oke the approval of the Class G
llquor
3 Wav Hotel & Restaurant lIcense as
Inn Inc. and concerning
Blvd., Wheat Ridge, Colorado
applied for by Annbole
