Series of 1976
WHEREAS, Sarad Drug Inc. applied to the City of Wheat
Ridge, Colorado, for issuance of a Class E drug store li4uor
license, and
WHEREAS, a puhlic hearing was held on said application, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of Wheat Ridge, Colorado, has
approved the issuance of a Class E drug store liquor license
for the premises commonly known as Super Serve #18, Wheat Ridge,
Colorado, and
WHEREAS, said approval was made by the City Council of the
City of Wheat Ridge, Colorado, on the 23rd day of June, 1975,
and
WHEREAS, the applicant, Sarad Drug Inc. has failed to
rBnew the Class E drug store liquor license.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to Chapter 12,
Article 46, Section 10b(b) C.R.S. of 1973, as amended, the City
Council of the City of Wheat Ridge, Colorado, acting as the local
licensing agency, does hereby revoke the approval of the Class
E drug store liquor license as applied for by Sarad Drug Inc.
and concerning 10125 West 37th Place, Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
DONE AND RESOLVED by a vote of 6 to 0 this 9th day
of August , 1976.
