WHEREAS, frank Gr~mato applicd to thc City of Wheat Ridge,
Colorado, for Lssuance of a Class G 3-way hotcl and restaurant
liquor licensc, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on said appllcation, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of Wheat Ridge, Colorado, has
approved the issuance of a Class G 3-way hotel and restaurant
liquor license for the premises commonly known as Granato's
Restaurant and Lounge, Wheat Ridge, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the District Court directed the City to lssue
the license, and
WHEREAS, the applicant, Frank Granato has failed to complete
the necessary statutory requirements prior to issuance of the
applieu for Class G 3-way hotel and restaurant liquor license,
and
WHEREAS, a period of more than one year has elapsed since
the application was approveu by the City Council of the City of
Wheat Ridge, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, applicant, Frank Granato has failed, without good
cause, to commence construction of the facility as was proposeu
by applicant.
NOW, THEREfORE, BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to Chapter 12,
Article 46, Section l06(bl C.R.S. of 1973, as amended, the City
Council of the City of Wheat Ridge, Colorado, acting as the
local licensing agency, does hereby revoke the approval of the
Class G 3-way restaurant and hotel liquor license as applied for
by Frank Granato and concerning 6117 West 38th Avenue, Wheat
Ridge, Colorado.
