RESOLUTION NO. 479
Series of 1976
WHEREAS, there are in effect annual Capital Improvements Fund
and General Fund appropriation Resolutions for 1976; and
WHEREAS, unforeseen needs have arisen which require cllanges
to be made in those appropriations; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following appropriation
accounts be amended as shown below:

NET CHANGE -0-
8E IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 443 is hereby amended
to increase the City's contribution toward the West 32nd Avenue bridge/
pathway project from $15,JOO to $28,130, an increase of $13,130. Such
additional amount to be authorized from current appropriations in the
Capital Improvements Fund in the following accounts:
$7,600 additional from Account 642.00 (Pathways) and
$5,530 additional from Account 640.00 (Drainage).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that these changes will not change the
Capital Improvements Fund and General Fund appropriations as filed with
the Division of Local Government.
