WHEREAS, Resolution No. 470, Series of 1976, was adopted on
September 13, 1976; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 470, Series of 1976, requires
correction; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 470, Series
of 1976, is hereby corrected and amended as follows:
