TITLE. RESOLUTION AMENDiNG RESOLJTION NO. 475, Series of 1976,
AND PROVIDING FOR THE RECEIPT AND EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS RECEiVED
FROM THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT UNDER TITLE I I OF THE
PUBLIC WORKS EMPLOYMENT ACT OF 1976.
WHEREAS, thp- City of Wheat Ridge has been declared eligible to receive
Anti-Recessionary Funds distributed under the F~deral Gov~rnment Title I I Pub-
lic Wor~s Employment Act of 1976; and
WHEREAS, i.hese funds ar~ to be used for purposes which will help con-
tribute tow"lrd the reduction of unemployment in the area and improve the
economy, and
WHEREAS, thp-se funds were not provided in the 1977 Budget which was
adopted on October 11, 1976;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE FOLLOWING REVENUE ACCOUNT AND
