WHEREAS, it is necessary to establish an account for the direct
deposit of funds for the Wheat Ridge City HalL Fund Grant, Project No.
05-51-00150,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Treasurer be
authorized to establish an account known as the WHEAT RIDGE CITY HALL FUND
at the Wheat Ridge National Bank, Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer, Mayor and/or
Mayor Pro-Tem be authorized in the name of the City to collect, discount,
negotiate, endorse and assign all checks, drafts, notes and other nego-
tiable Dr non-negotiable instruments payable to this City, or in which
this City has an interest, and to draw, sign and deliver, in the name of
this City, checks or drafts against the funds of this City on deposit in
Wheat Ridge National Bank, Wheat Ridge, Colorado 80033.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that for the purpose of deposit in the
account Dr accounts of this City with Wheat Ridge National Bank, Wheat
Ridge, Colorado, any officer of this City may endorse, sign Dr deliver on
behalf of this City, any checks, orders Dr other evidence of indebtedness
for the payment of moneys payable to the order of this City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this authority revokes and supercedes
all prior authority and the authority of the aforesaid officers to perform
each and all of the powers conferred by the foregoing resolution shall
continue until notice, in writing, terminating such authority shall be
served upon Wheat Ridge National Bank, Wheat Ridge, Colorado, and shall be
noted upon the certified copy of such resolutions delivered to said bank.
