RESOLUTION NO. 493
Series of 1977
TITLE: RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 475, SERIES OF 1976, AND
PROVIDING FOR THE RECEIPT AND EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS FROM THE
FEDERAL GOVERNMENT UNDER FEDERAL GRANT NO. 05-51-00150 (EDA).
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge has been declared eligible to receive
Economic Development Administration Funds distributed by the Federal Government
Local Public Works Capital Development and Investment Act of 1976; and
WHEREAS, these funds are to be used for a Wheat Ridge City Hall Com-
plex construction which will help contribute toward the reduction of unemploy-
ment in the area and improve the economy; and
WHEREAS, these funds were not provided in the 1977 Budget which was
adopted on October 11, 1976;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE FOLLOWING REVENUE ACCOUNT AND
APPROPRIATION BE ADOPTED AS A CHANGE IN THE 1977 BUDGET:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this change shall be construed to change
the Total Budget appropriation as filed with the Division of Local Government,
State of Colorado, and they shall be duly notified of such change.
