RESOLUTION NO. 505
Series of 1977
WHEREAS, it is determined necessary that real property
located within the City of Wheat Ridge, more specifically
that property currently owned by A. Peterson and Frances D.
Retallack, be acquired for park purposes, and
WHEREAS, acquisition of private land will be required,
and
WHEREAS, the description of said property is:
7490 West 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge,
County of Jefferson, State of Colorado
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor of the
City of Wheat Ridge, and the City Attorney, are hereby authorized
to have appraised, any property required to be acquired, negotiate
for the purchase thereof, and to appropriate by right of eminent
domain such property as cannot otherwise be obtained.
