RESOLUTION NO. 514
Series of 1977
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge received from
Mountain Bell unclaimed refunds due customers of Mountain Bell
in 1':J7/f, 2nd,
WHEREAS, such funds were deposited in a Mount~in
Bell Escrow Fund on Februdrv 15, 1974, c~ authorized bV
Resolution No. 275, and,
WHEREAS, three years from date of receipt of funds
has elapsed and the City is no longer liable to pay refunds
as stated in Mountain Bell's letter of transmittal dated
Januarv 18, 1974, and,
WHEREAS, there remains a balance in escrow of
$3,392.73;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City
Treasurer be authorized to tr?nsfer said funds to the City
Generzl Fund.
