TITLE: RESOLUTION CONCERNING APPOINTMENT OF COUNCIL MEMBERS TO TAKE PART
IN AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL COMMITTEE TO PURSUE THE POSSIBILITY OF
OPEN SPACE USE FOR THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS CROWN HILL
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge is interested in exploring possible
joint acquisition for Open Space purposes for the Crown Hill property
located immediately east of Kipling Street between West 26th and West 32nd
Avenues;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that three members of the Wheat Ridge
City Council be designated to represent the City of Wheat Ridge and be
authorized to pursue the matter with other jurisdictions.
DONE AND RESOLVED by a vote of
16th day of January, A. D. 1978.
