RESOLUTION NO. 563

WHEREAS, it lS deemed necessary to reinvest funds of the
City General Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Treasurer be
authorized to purchase a $100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand and No/100
Dollars) Certificate of Deposit at BANK OF APPLEWOOD to bear interest
at the rate of Seven and One-half Percent (7~%) per annum for a period
of approximately one hundred eighty (180) days.
DONE AND RESOLVED this 27th day of February, A. D. 1978,
by a vote of 6 to 0
