RESOLUTION NO. 564
Series of 1978
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to reinvest funds of the
City General Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Treasurer be
authorized to purchase a $200,000.00 (Two Hundred Thousand and No/100
Dollars) Certificate of Deposit at the FIRST BANK OF WHEAT RIDGE to
bear interest at the rate of 7.4% per annum for a period of approx-
imately one hundred eighty (180) days.
DONE AND RESOLVED this 27th day of February, A. D. 1978,
by a vote of 6 to 0
