WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to reinvest funds of the
Capital Improvements Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Treasurer be
authorized to purchase a $400,000 (Four Hundred Thousand Dollars)
Certificate of Deposit at MAJESTIC SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOCIATION to
bear interest at the rate of 7.20% per annum for a period of
ninety-one (91) days.
DONE AND RESOLVED this 24th day of April, A. D. 1978,
