WHEREAS, there is in effect an annual General Fllild, Revenue Sharing, Capital
Improve!Il2nts, and Special Fllilds Appropriation Resolution for 1978; as amended; and
WHEREAS, llilforeseen needs have arisen which require changes to be made lTI
the General Fllild.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following appropriation accollilt be
