WHERFAS, there is in effect an armual l~eneral Fund, Revenue Sharing, Capital
Improvements, and : ,pecial Funds Appropriation Resolution for 1978; as amended; and
WHEREAS, unforeseen needs have arisen which require changes to be made ill the
General Flmd.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following appropriation account be
amended as shown below:
