\VHEREAS, there is in effect an annual r:;eneraJ Fund, Revenue
Sharinv, Capital Improvements, and Special Funds Appropriation Resolution
for 1978; as amended; and
WHEprAS, unforeseen needs have arisen which require chanfes to he
made In the Revc'TIuP Sharing Fund.
Nnw, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following appropriation
account be amended as shown below:

October 23, 1978: MOTION by CM Cavarra: "I move to rescind Resolution 613";
seconded by eM Turner; carried 5-1, with CM Flasco voting NO.
Thereafter, a new Resolution numbered 617 was introduced and adopted for the
purchase of two tractors and two mowers.
