TITLE: RESOLUTION TO REINVEST FUNDS OF THE SALES TAX I11PR.OVEMENT FUND
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to reinvest funds of the
City Sales Tax Improvement Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Treasurer be
authorized bo purchase a $500,000.00 (Five Hundred Thousand and
no/lOO Dollars) Certificate of Deposit at FIRST BANK OF WHEAT RIDGE
to bear interest at the rate of
11.15%
per annum for a period of 181
days.
DONE AND RESOLVED this 15th day of January, A.D., 1979, by
a vote of
