TITLE: AN APPROPRIATION RESOLUTION FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONTINUING CERTAIN
1978 SALES TAX IMPROVEl1ENT FUND AND REVENUE SHARING FUND PROJECTS
WHEREAS, there is in effect an annual general fund, federal rPvenue
sharing, sales tax improvement fund, and special fund appronriation
resolution for 1979; and
WHEREAS, there is a need to implement Chapter X, Section 13 of the
\~eat Ridge City Charter as related to the continuation of the sales tax
improvement fund or special fund; and
\~REAS, there is a need in the City's accounting system to identlfy
the continuation projects within the sales tax imorovement fund or special
fund from 1978,
NUd, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following anpropriation
accounts be amended as shown below:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this change shall be construed to increase
the Sales Tax Improvement Fund apDropriation by $576,000 and to incl'ease the
Revenue Sharin~ Fund appropriation by $47,000 as filed with the Division of
Local Government, State of Colorado, and they shall be dulv notified of sald
change.
