TITLE: REQUEST OF WHEAT RIDGE HISTORICAL SOCIETY TO REPRINT BOOKLET
COPYRIGHTED BY THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE IN 1971
WHEREAS, the Wheat Ridge Historical Committee was established by
Resolution No. 64, Series of 1970, and
WHEREAS, the Wheat Ridge Historical Committee researched and wrote a
booklet called History of Pioneer Wheat Ridge prior to the formation of a
Wheat Ridge Historical Society, and
WHEREAS, this booklet was published by the City of Wheat Ridge and
the copyright is held by the City of Wheat Ridge, and
WHEREAS, said booklet is an important link in the written early
history of Wheat Ridge, and
WHEREAS, said booklet is now out of print and the Wheat Ridge
Historical Society would like to fund a second printing at the Wheat Ridge
Historical Society expense.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Wheat Ridge gives
its permission for the booklet History of Pioneer Wheat Ridge to be reprinted
by the Wheat Ridge Historical Society at no expense to the City.
