TITLE: RESOLUTION TO REINVEST FUNDS OF THE SALES TAX IMPROVEMENT
FUND
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to reinvest funds of the
City Sales Tax Improvement Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Treasurer
be authorized to purchase a $500,000.00 (Five Hundred Thousand and
No/IOO Dollars) Cenificate of Deposit at
Hajestic Savings
& Loan Association
to bear interest at the rate of
10.004%
per annum for a period of sixty (60)
days.
DONE AND RESOLVED this 16th day of July, A.D., 1979 by a
