TITLE: RESOLUTION TO REINVEST FUNDS OF THE GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to reinvest funds of the
City General Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Treasurer be
authorized to purchase a $300,000.00 (Three Hundred Thousand and
no/lOO Dollars) Certificate of Deposit at Firstbank of
Hheat Ridge

to bear interest at the rate of
per annum for a period of ninety-one (91) days.
