TITLE:
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REIMBURSEMENT FROM WHEAT RIDGE
ATTRIBUTABLE SHARE OF JEFFERSON COUNTY OPEN SPACE FUNDS
FOR COSTS INCURRED RELATIVE TO OPEN SPACE DURING THE PERIOD
JULY 1, 1973 TO DECEMBER 31, 1979.
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge has expended $141,835.00
of its funds for open space during the period July 1, 1973 to
December 31, 1979, and
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Open Space Program through
its director has authorized a procedure whereby these funds can be
reimbursed, and
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge currently has sufficient
funds In its share of the Jefferson County Open Space Fund;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Wheat Ridge, that the Jefferson County Open Space Officials
reimburse the City of Wheat Ridge from its attributable share the
sum of $141,835.00.
DONE AND RESOLVED By a vote of 6 to 2 on this 10th day of
March, 1980.
