TITLE:
RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 672, SERIES OF 1979, AUTHORIZING
NEGOTIATIONS FOR THE ACQUISITION OF THE SCHAEFER PLANNED RESIDENTIAL
DEVELOPMENT PROPERTY LOCATED AT WEST 35TH AVENUE AND PARFET STREET IN
WHEAT RIDGE FOR PARKS AND OPEN SPACE PURPOSES UNDER THE JEFFERSON COUNTY
OPEN SPACE PROGRAM.
'IJHEREAS, the City of \~heat Ridge did pass Resolution No. 672, Series of
1979, on December 17, 1979, entitled Resolution Authorizing Negotiations for the
Acquisition of the Schaefer Planned Residential Development Property Located at
West 35th Avenue and Parfet Street in Hheat Ridge for Parks and Open Space
Purposes Under the Jefferson County Open Space Program, and
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge did pass Ordinance No. 386, Series of
1980, on February 25, 1980, entitled An Ordinance Repealing and Reenacting
Ordinance 351 Providing for the Rezoning of Land From Residential One (R-1) to
Planned Residential Development (PRO) and Approval of a Preliminary Development
Plan on Property Located at 3470-3490 Parfet Street, City of Wheat Ridge, County
of Jefferson, State of Colorado;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Wheat
Ridge, that Resolution No. 672, Series of 1979, is hereby rescinded.
